Non delivary of motorcycle

Sir.

I have booked hero honda motorcycle receipt no. 037787 on 7th Aug from Bhubaneswar to Katni Murwara, requesting them to send in 8507 Hirakund express as I was traveling in that train. But it was sent in 8477 Utkal Exp. as per the statement of booking clerk of Bhubaneswar but till today after my so many querry at katni murwara no body told me the whereabout of motor cycle. kindly look into the matter I will remain thankful to you sir
