Theif of handbag n railway police did not contributed properly

My mother was going from jamnagar to ludhiyana on 22nd sep by

jam jat express, train no-2477, coach-b1, seat no 52 (AC3tier).

train started from the destination point at 5:15.At night around10:30pm she slept n when she woke up at 6'0clock in morning she found her hanbag missing. she called the policeman but they had not contributed n went from there after saying that this may be happend before reaching delhi so they can't do anything n its better for her to file an FIR after reaching ludhiyana.

details of hanbag n precious item inside it:

Colour-light brown

items-mobile, 1gold chain about 25gm, charger, blue colour comb, dairy, handtowel, eye glasses n many more.sir plz take some serious action regarding this matter specialy regarding the police men.i shall be thanful to u.
