RESERVATION SLIP NOT ISSUED

On 6/1/08, i was travelling from prayag station to renukoot in Triveni Express. I did not has reservation. I bought a ticket from prayag to Allahabad. There were many empty seats without reservation. I requested T.T. to allot me a seat. He charged 60 Rupees from me to allot a seat & allot me a seat but refuse to give me a slip. When i asked for the slip he threatened me that he will allow me to travel in the reserved coach. This happened with all the passenger. The name of the T.T, was Mr. G.D. Pandey.
