Dear sir,

I'm from Ujjain city, and my complaint is in refrence to our Railway station parking stand.

they charge more amount from customers

and give slip of 1 or 2 rupees less then what they actually charged

and slips are also 2 years old

when i ask them about it, they said "new slips are not generated yet"

what should i do,

because i used to go railway station very often

who is culprit in this case

railway admin. or stand

plz guide.
