Egarding carelesness of railway staff

Sir,

My father aged 72, ma mother aged 61 and my brother son age 6yrs where having reservation form Betul by train no on dt 01-04 on reaching station we find that the coach position ie. S1 is 6th from engine on the chart prepared by indian railway and we stand accordingly but when the train arrived the supose coach was far behind any how the potters logged the luggage in the coach but my parents where forced to get into other coach as if the stopage was limited and train started moving till now i am not sure that whether they are safe

when i enquire the same with railway staff they said they are not responble for the same
