Cleanliness of Pantry Staffs

It is very unfortunate to find that Railway pantry staffs carrying eatables while chewing Pan/Guthkha/Pan Masala and shouting the name of the item they carry. It is very likely to find instances of pan masala/guthkha on the eatables. I have experienced such cases; very bad. These staffs must be prohibited strictly not to consume pan/guthkha else they shouldnot be employed in such services. There are sufficient manpower in this country who can give such services without chewing Pan Masala. My request to public: Please avoid using those services from unhygenic pantry staffs stating them the reason. Since we all know: as usual nobody (govt) is going to take any corrective action for this. Better we (people) should protest. The only way is to aware public.
