I bought a ticket from Faridabad New Town booking counter on 30th Mar from New Delhi to Sirathu (Superfast). The normal fare for the said distance was Rs 127/-. I asked for superfast then the fare became Rs. 137/-. For the above ticket, the booking clerk charged a sum of Rs. 147/- saying that superfast charge is not printed on the ticket and pay the superfast charge seperately. When I asked to booking clerk that superfast charge is included in Rs. 137/-. By saying this he refused to give me the ticket. I have no time to argue more, Because I have to board the the local train (Kosikalan to Delhi which arrive at 9.00 pm at Faridabad new town) which was announced to arriving shortely at the platform. Ultimately, I have to pay him Rs. 147/-. This was my second chance at the same booking window.
