Any Berth not given by Railway against R.A.C

Respected Sir,

Through this powerfull tool, I file this complaint against Railway. Actually I have reserved 3 R.A.C berths in Sleeper class (train no 4007, from Lambhua to Delhi on date 10/7/08, PNR No 621-6541561). As per railway rules, I was having a right to get one and a half seat. At Lambhua station, actually there is not any facility to know about the current status of R.A.C berths. So Iboarded myself in S/4 Coach. At next station (Sultanpur), I tried to see the status of my R.A.C. berths, but due to short -time stoppage, I couldn't see it. Just after 10minutes (at 6:15pm), I met to T.T.E & asked to him about my berth, but he said that chart is with another T.T.E, I searched that T.T.E throghout whole the Sleeper class. but couldn't find. Near around I met the 1st T.T.E.& asked about another T.T.E., but he told me that another one is in A.C. Coach & your birth was in S/2 & he has reserved your births to someone else. I went to A.C. Coach & asked my birth, but he (as I could know, Mr R.K. Singh, JIT varansi) denied & said 'goto Sleeper Class, I will come to you', but he didn't come out of A.C. Coach, whole the night I, my wife & my children suffered a lot.

I just file this case to punish such a T.T.E who just cancel some one's berth just for taking some money from another one. Acually this is a wrong practice of such a offecers, because we don, t complain or not be serious against such a offence. But now these should be punished.
