We have submited my application for refund dated 11/06. Railway staff (Desptch Section) told me we will refund of your claim within one month, but we have not received any intimation or responce from your end so far.

I have claimed on the ticket no. 13493867, PNR No - 611-5549170, A/c 3 Tier, this is for your perusal.

You are requested to send the refund at the earliest.
