Un authorised occupancy in A.C. coach by un authorised passengers

In Danapur-Sahebganj Intercity Express (both up and down trains), un-authorised students in large number often enter in the A.C. Chair car between Bhagalpur and Kahalgaon stations and they do not allow the genuine bonafide passengers to sit on their seats. Great harrassment is caused to genuine passengers of A.C.Coach. Nobody from Railway side is there to help the passengers and prevent the un-authorised so called students from entering the A.C.Coach. Will the Railway Authorities take care of this problem?
