Problems with online transactions

I have tried to book ticket from Chennai Central (MAS) to Chennganur (CNGR). My account has been debited a sum of rupees 3855 but I have not received the ticket and did not find that in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to care@irctc.com.
