Indian Railway Resevation, I ticket
Non receipt of I-Ticket & response from the rail resevation authority

It is observed in my rail way reservation that the railway server system does not automatically giving I-ticket printing option why? Number of time I have tried but no result. It showing only error in reservation why? Even though the payment and confirmation of ticket is displayed by the system I failed to print the hard copy of the ticket.
