Air Conditioning

I am travelling by train no 6346 Trivandrum- Lokamanya Tilak Netravathi express from Ernakulam to Mumbai. At Kannur (Cannanore) the air conditioning failed. On enquiring with the air conditioning attendenet, the reply was that it was a battery charge drainout due to halting for singnal, neither of which is my or my fellow travellers mistake. Further to his explaination was that "passengers have to bear all this."

This is not what i am paying extra over sleeper class for air conditioning. I'm expecting no marvel, but the minimum services to be rendered for the charges levied.
