Vehicle Monthly pass - regd

I park my bike at the Chennai Central Station bike park area everyday evening (7:00 pm to 8:00 am) to board the train to Tiruvallur. For the past nine months, bike monthly pass (costing Rs.150/ per month) has not been issued to us hence causing us around Rs.360/ per month (at the time of parking in the evening - Rs.6/ and at the time of taking the vehicle the next day, Rs.6/-, for which no receipt is being issued.). Kindly note that the above mentioned Rs.360/-(against Rs.150/ towards monthly pass) is costing us dearly since we belong to the middle income group and every hard-earned rupee is dear to us.
