Indian Railways
Forced to exchange reserved seats by TC

Miscellaneous

My self Ranjana sharma and i was tarvelling in 5635/Guwahati Express on 12th june with my elder sister Ahmedabad to Varanasi. My reservation confirmed seat no. was B3/56 and 55, and we had a heavy luggage, one TC (sharma) had come near Barodara Station near abt 10 PM and asked for ticket we gave him for checking than he said to moved on birth no. 61 and 63 than i politely said to him my birth is already confirmed and having heavy luggage so cant be able to shift, then TC was replied badly and rudly and forced us to shift and he said this is happenning in train u will have to move else refund ur ticket in next station and leave the train.

Next morning on 13th june at Kota station another TC (H.R. Minar) had come for checking the ticket and surprisingly he asked us for change our seats and go back to same seats.

Is this the way to treat to the girls with heavy luggage asking them to move from seat to seat despite of having confirmed reservation if there is any justice left in ur department the least u must do is to train ur staff how to behaved with ladies. We have spent lots of, money and confirmed ticket was the guarantee from ur depratment for safe and convenient journey but railways uanable to delivered what they promised with the people.
