Sub: rude behevier of authoriesd travel agent
most respectfully i state you that i sumit suneja resi of delhi
on dt24/10 I go to auth. treval agent (SHIPRA TOUR &AGENT, 5605-C BASANT ROAD, PAHAR GANJ, DELHI-, PH 23582202, 23588086) FOR RESERVATION OF 6 TICKET&1CURCULAR TICKET, FOR THIS THEY DEMANDED 50/-per ticket, but as per govt rules they can not charge more then 20/&-amp;70/-for ticket&circullar, respectivly
when i said to him, why he is charging more than fixed amount, then he abused me and was saying "DO WHATEVER YOU WANTS TO DO I DONT CARE"when i said that i will complaint to railway board about your rude behevior, after that he speaking loudly&say me that you are a other agent's person, who wants to enquire about us
sir i'm a reputed bussinessman member of 3 very well known associaton i am very much sad about their behavier i also sending a copyof this letter to news chennal
sr i have full faith in your depatment that you will take strong steps to remove this type of CORRUPTION
