Corrupt Booking Staff and Police

I went to Chinchwad (Pune) station on 14 october to book a tatkal ticket. The police diverted attention of common people by Lathi Charge and helped the Agents to get the first place in que. This resulted in non availability of tickets to common people. The agents even beat 2 people in the dispute. I took up the matter with Senior Commertial Manager (Pune Division). His answer was totally unsatisfactory. I missed the diwali occation with my family, thanks to the corruption of officials.

The madam on counter No.3 was exceptionally corrupt. I don't think anybody of these government servants has pleged for peoper service. The agents, which have offices outside station were involved
