INCONVENIENCE FACED DUE TO LACK OF PROPER MANAGEMENT

Respected sir,

I, Deepanshu Sharma, was travelling from nizamuddin station to gwalior with my 2 friends Varun agarwal and Dinesh tomar on 24th of october on a reserved ticket (PNR No : 2365539521, Transaction ID: 0153692405, Train No. & Name: 1058/ASR DR EXPRESS) we reached the statin at 2030hours. The screens at the station displayed all the time that the train will arrive on 2123hrs on platform no. 4 . so we waited at platform no.4 but the train came at platform no. 6 and departed from there with screens still showing platform 4. we went to enquiry room but no one was there. we went to all the offices there and asked for complaint book but no one gave us complaint book. they said us to go by dakshin express at 2250hours after taking a new ticket and said that reserved ticket is of no use. so we took a new ticket and go to general bougie but there was no place there even to stand. so we went to reserved bougie in S7 but there wan no place there too. we completed our journey of 6 hours standing in the night. we were very much tired and were not able to go to hospital for clinical postings on the next day (we are final year medical students in g.r.medical college in gwalior). so we also cost our studies for the next day as every day in final year is very important for studies.(we are paying fees to our college. so it cost us studies as well as money. )

So we suffered because of their fault.we were very much tired physically and mentally.

So we want Rs.50000 as compensation for the physical and mental torture we faced that night and for the loss of studies the next day as we expected convenience from railways after reservation.
