Grievance against cleanliness

Dear Sir,

I hereby, bring to your kind attention that AC -3&AC-2 coaches are horrible in Sialdah-Amritsar Akaltakht Express (2317/2318). Cockroaches and mice move about freely in the coaches. Is RAILWAYS so inefficient that it cannot arrange for cleanliness & hygiene at least in AC coaches? Also, I would like to tell u that birth lights are not in working condition in AC-2 coaches. Will u please arrange 4 it and oblige your customers?
