Delays in the Delivery of the booked Bike

Dear Sir / Madam,

Indian Railways is supposed to be the biggest railways in the world. But to my dismay the services provided by the Indian railways are degrading day by day. I am not sure of the reason?

I booked my bike from Agra on 20th April to Mysore (Bilty number:- B 07722) and even now after 20 days the bike is still standing at the Agra Railway station. When my father contated the authorities they have 100s of different reasons and excuses for the same.

Can you please help me so that the pain i am getting through can be reduced and i can get my bike here in Mysore asap.
