Non checking of tickets by TTE

I am regular traveller of intercity of sriganganagar--delhi. last time I travelled with reservation PNR- no-2523583631 and 2461732123. it is sorry to write that at no occassion any TTE ever came to check the tickets, the result of which is that many unauthorised passengers without reservation and tickets boarded the reserved compartments and have not only disturbed the reserved passengers but also misbehaved them. it was not only the occassion when i do not find any TTE but on many occassion in the past no TTE ever checked the tickets rather they were happy to travel in AC-compartment and indulged in malpractice by accomodating un-authorised pers in AC
