NOT SATISFIED WITH QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED

I was travelling in Bilaspur New Delhi Rajdhani Express on dated 23 Aug in A1 Coach. The quality of coaches deployed in this rajdhani Express is so pathetic that in my opinion it will better to run them in mail trains not in a train like rajdhani express. The quality of birth is like that its foam is coming out. Moreover i found cockroaches were moving in train coaches.
I have also travelled in New Delhi Mumbai rajdhani express and I found quality of coaches far better than this. If we are paying higher than it is the moral responsibility of INDIAN RAILWAYS to provide us quality level services. I request INDIAN RAILWAYS OFFICIAL to kindly change the coaches of Bilaspur New Delhi Rajdhani Express.
