We are really shame to be maintain timings

My family members had been to pilgrimage to visit our shirdhi sai BABA.On 17th of october at about 17:30 hrs they were at Gopargaun railway station waiting for the train no 2628 karnataka express after their arrival they have come to know that the train had already left.

The schedule time was 18:30hrs, they were having reserved second class two tyre return ticket upto Bangalore.

On the spot they had enquired for re-confirmation, but the railway authorities have denied to do because of festival holiday.

Having four young children they had been back to the temple primises in search of shelter.

The railway authorities have promised that they will be re- confirmation tommorow,

For the above reasons who has to bear the loss of time, the too & fro charges & the re-confirmation charges.

Finally i would like to know how can we trust on our INDIAN railways.
