Handicap Reservation Quota Or General Compartment

I booked a ticket in Handicap reservation Quota for 16-10 in Vidarbha Express. Birth No. was 1 & 2 in SL1 compartment. This compartment was attached to General Compartment. When I try to enter inside, it was already occupied by General Class people. As it was crowded, I am unable to go inside and missed the train.

It was mistake by rail authority that they had given this compartment near to General Class. General Class is always crowed and Handicap people may get hurt because of outside crowd.

Secondly name SL1 is similar to S1, hence it may confuse most of the people to get in right compartment.
