I am very irritated by your irresponsiveness

22:21 hrs.

sir now my husband is travelling in jodhpur express 6508. He got into it on 02:30 12/11, train is already by 1:30 hrs. OK fine. but he has to reach lonavala by 20:00 hrs. But unforunately rain diverted somewhere and we dont know when it will reach there.. this is very bad sir.. A train can delay for 1 hr maximum. 6-8 hrs is very bad about our indian railways.. We cannot even track where the train is and when it will reach the station.. Please sir anything delay should be informed to the passengers. not everyone can travel in Rajdhani and Shatabdhi..
