Advance issue of tickets

Madam it was a huge relief for passengers like me getting railway tickets 3 days in advance so that it is very tough to stay in the que for getting the tickets on the day of travell because while we r in the que we miss the train bur it was the previous minister who gave the opputunity and it was a very innovative and appreciable decision. Madam i request taking into consideration of our difficuties of getting the tickets on the same day of travel may be dropped and tickets may be issued 3 days prior to the travell pleaseeeeeeeeeee. Madam it will be a great blessing for us so please think of it and give necessary orders to issue tickets in advance as before. thanking you and awaiting a favorable response.
