Attack on railway staff

Ailways instigating attacks on railway staff by making filing complaints against railways more difficult by not keeping complaints book with each Ticket collector and deliberately avoiding the option of complaints on the railway website

though the site is operational for last 2 years

filing a complaint is a way of letting off steam in a difficult situation to express descent

this deliberate avoidance by Railways to accept and aknoledge complaints is ground enough to have a relook at whether railway should continue to get immunity under the railway act and make prosecution by railways weak when there are attacks on railway staff

I am a post graduate and unable to file complaints against railways easyly

what is the fate of the common citizen

open your eyes and fight for your rights
