I am not satisfied with Indian Railways service

Dear Sir,

My Complain is against Seemanchal Express (Train No. 2488) running between Anand Vihar Railway Staition and Jogbani Junction.

The said train runs approx. 1500 Km one side and took approx. 24 hours to cover the same. Even then there is no pantry car in the aforesaid train. Passengers become helpless and compelled to buy the junk food from outside. Is this a service we pay for?

Water supply is very poor most of the toilets are suffering from long servicing gap. Most of the flushes are not working is this a kind of service we should proud for.

If Indian Railways can not bridge the aforesaid gap why they started this train. If they have started the same then they must run the same with adequate service.
