Non receipt of Room AC LG 1.5 TON

I have booked an ROOM AC (LG 1.5 TON) on 08.05.10. at VISHAKHAPATNAM (VSKP) station to BALANGIR (BLGR) station in DHANBAD EXPRESS (3352). I was also travelled on that date & i am informed to the guard before 2 station that i have an parcel i.e Room AC to be unload at Balangir. But at Balangir station no one response me & they are not unload the parcel. After that i m daily going to the railway station to ask the status of AC but they r telling that they don t know about it that where the parcel is lying & when it will coming to balangir station.
