I am not satisfied with your service

I was very dissapointed with the behaviour of the attendent of AC 3 tier attendent A.K. nath on my journey from kolkata to delhi on 17 may.

He was not ready to lower the cooling level of the AC when some ladies were feeling uncomfortable and even misbehaved with an elderly person.

i would seriously want the indian railways authorities to look into the matter and take strict action against this A K NATH attendent.

there was no railway police in the train who could serve us and infact the attendent was smoking in the train near the AC machine even when there is strictly written "no smoking"..!! is this the expected behaviour of the indian railways.

i am very serious about this matter and i will leave no stone unturned to take it with the railways seriously.

i urge you people to look into the matter yourself and send me a written apology or the details about it.
