Poor service by Indian Railways

Sir,

i am Santosh Pradhan, i booked a bike Bajaj Discover from Bhubaneswar to Tata on 3rd July by railway parcel. i have lot s of fate on railways regarding the transportation. but till date i haven t receive my bike and even don t know about the current position of my bike. my bike loded on train no-2875 on 4th July, but due to misconduct or known fool act railway officials did not unloaded my bike on tata and after that i have no any information about the bike.

So i want to lodge a complaints against the Indian railway for their act and demand for the compensation and any damages made by him. So Kindly help me out in this matter.
