The unethical behavior of the TTE

Respected sir, on 16th of Jul 10 I am boarded from NZM Stn, my barth is in B-4 and PNR no is 2306674313. The TTE (Mr Lal) was on duty. His vocabulary was intolerably rude. In a lower birth he had adjusted total 03 Girls who does not posses a valid ticket as they said and bribed the TTE for the same. The attendant of the compartment also requested me to adjust with one of my friends son as by that mean he will manage some (seva - Pani) money from other unauthorized passenger. Sir, these type of staff of this auspicious organization of our country is truly culprit.
