I was deprived of the Right in Indian Railways

I traveled in Train No 3248 on 13th July form Patna to Katihar JN in A/C II tier. My PNR no was 6144170431, berth alloted RA/39. We were 1st in the RAC list in that compartment A1. Unfortunately, the Ticket checker did not allow me the sleeping berth, instead he alloted the absent passenger s sit to some one by favoring him instead of my who was 1st in the queue in RAC segment. Where is the justice event after paying huge cost for A/C II tier reservation. Please take steps if unscrupulous deal was happened for such favor depriving legitamate claim of mine.
