I suggest that you should improve upon the quality of foods provided in the Duronto trains and Howrah-Yeshwantpur trains with immediate effect. The quality of foods provided is extremely poor and people are falling sick eating those foods. What is this? Are we not paying to use the service? You as a company is dealing in a monopoly market so you are hardly bothered about consumer s health related issues. We are expected to receive service which was good 5 years ago but the service in Indian railways has deteriorated immensely. The veg and the non-veg foods provided are so tasteless that it cannot be eaten. The chicken curry stinks and so is with the egg curry. The same old recipe of veg and non veg is made in every other trains and there is no change in the recipe. The pantry car people are dirty beyond imagination and it looks that they never have a bath. How could you expect to deliver foods from their hands? I as a customer expect immediate change to the above factors because I dont travel by Indian Railways free. I pay for the service and I have the right to get the service as it should be.
