Seat not provided despite having reservation

My father, mother and Aunt were travelling from Barabanki in UP by Avadh Express train No. 9038) to Vadodara on 06.08.2010. Though the computer was showing the status of reservation as RAC and seats provided as RS6 23, RS6 31, RS6 31 TTE did not provide the seats. When asked about the chart to be shown the TTE gave hanky panky answers as I do not have the ionformation about your seats. The train has started about 7.30 pm from Barabanki and was not provided the seat till 10.30 pm. This amounts to gross irresponsibity on the Railways part.

Kindly help.

I am complaining on behalf of my mother father and my aunt who are suffering because of few inefficient and irresponsible people.
