Complaint againt T.T. for asking bribe for giving seats

My friends were travelling from Ambala cantt to Gorakpur Jn. via Garib Rath Express (Train no.2204) on 23/06/10. Their ticket numbers were 98396136 & 02142461. Seats were not confirmed as their waiting numbers were 122, 164 & 165 respectively. When they got into the train, few seats were empty and the T.T. asked for Rs.500/- per seat as bribe. Due to long distance and small child with them, they decided to pay the same. It is very distrubing that how T.T. can ask for this much of money.

The same thing happen again on their return jurney (Train no.2203) on 28/06/10. Their ticket number was 90500133. Waiting numbers on the ticket were 90 & 91. Again T.T. asked for Rs.500/- per seat.
