Not getting tickets of VAPI VALSAD SURAT etc from mumbai suburban stations

Respected, sir When I approached ticket window of Jogeshwari station[W.rly Mumbai], I demanded for the Vapi, the booking clerk present on the counter told me that you will get ticket upto Dahanu Road not beyond that, I told him that I am MST holder of CHURCHGATE-SURAT which have been issued from here only, due to shortage of money I am taking a ticket today. On that he told you will get MST from here but for the ticket you will have to go to ANDHERI OR BORIVALI OR VIRAR. I told him it is not possible due to shortage of time for BANDRA-VAPI PASS. But at last my train missed and also lossed my time. I requests you to give order to issue tickets uptill SURAT PUNE AND NASHIK as we also gets CSTM-NASHIK OR CSTM-PUNE from this station. As a result rush of big stations like DADAR BANDRA TERMINUS, ANDHERI, BORIVALI will also decrease. So please do the needful and oblige me.
