The phone at the railway inquiry is ignored

I have been trying to contact the railway inquiry at MOZ and MTC stations since the morning but the phone kept ringing but no one was there to answer it and it still is the same way at 15:24 hrs.

moreover the train that had left meerut city station at 15:03 was updated to be arriving at 15:03 hrs at 15:17hrs on the indial railways website.
