Complain against Railway parcel office Ahmedabad for not loading luggage

Si, I booked 2 bundles of gunnybag and 2 steel boxes vide receipt No Z 098471 and 0ne bike Regd No. WB34J 7038 vide receipt No.z098481 at ahmedabad railway Stn. for Rourkela on 24 Sep 2010 at 1300hours. I was asked to pay Rs 1300/- extra for loading the luggage same day, which I refused. Till date my luggage has not reached Rourkela. On querry at Ahmedabad Parcel Office, no body is responding and whereabout of my luggage is not known. I belong to Indian Air force and my entire clothing & household goods are packed in these. This will hamper my duty. Therefore I request the concerned athourities to look into the matter and do the needful to trace and dispatch my luggage at the earliest.
