Poor quality service in 2863 2864 yeswanthpur Howrah

Dear sir,

I have been travelling the train 2863/2864 Howrah-Yeswathpur during the last 6 months between Nellore and Krishnaraja puram.

1. Bed bugs: I had a several sleepless nights travelling this train due to Bed Bugs.

2. No security: There are no police folks in compartments. Passenger safete is eluded.

3. Smokers: There are smokers including TTEs in the train.

4. Poor electrical work: Electrical connections are poorly managed in every compartment.

5. Beggars: One would observe beggars and fruit vendors raging in compartments affecting security and privacy.

There is an immediate requirement for central complaints facility with toll free number display in each compartment to improve quality of service. Its time we have better services.

I am not sure if someone had already reported the issue.
