Exorbitant rate of breakfast and meals and poor quantity and quality of food

I travelled to Jammu Tavi by Himgiri Express Coach A1 boarded on 3rd Nov from Patna and to came back from there boarded Archana Express in coach A1 on 7th at Jammu Tavi along with my family members.

Both the trains are not following the rate list of ordinary greakfast and meals. They charged Rs 25 per breakfast which Rs 8 higher than than the rate fixed and for every meal they are charging Rs 50 which is 20 Rs higher than the rate fixed.

In breakfast we got two slice of bread with little butter smeared on it and two veg cutlets with sachet of sauce.

In meal we had plain rice (50 gm), Paratha -2, dal, 2 vegitables, papad, and sachet of pickle and salt

The quantity, quality and taste of food was also not satisfactory

In bothe the cases the cateres did not give me money receipts even though i asked for it.

The cateres not give me the complain book either. They told me it is not with them.
