Hi

For below transaction by mistake I selected wrong gender for passenger sl.no 4 (my self).

Who should carry identity card and I was carrying identity card while traveling.

I did inform the acting authority about the mistake in the train

before he identifies, understand ticket is not valid and charged

penalty of Rs.535/-

I like to know the railway rule against wrong selection of gender by mistake.

can it be possible to claim the penalty paid.
