Engine was detained for another train

I am on-line on Train No. 1123, Barauni-Gwalior Mail at Orai (19.00, 26th July). The train is standing on plateform No 1. for more than one hour without Engine. I am travelling towards Gwalior. Actually when this train arrived at Orai at around 18.00, one another train Chennai-Lucknow (6053) moving towards Lucknow was standing on plateform No. 3 with Engine problem. As soon as our train reached plateform, the engine of our train was removed and provided to the chennai-Lucknow train. It seems some very Important person must be travelling by 6053, leaving less important & hopeless travellers, waiting in 1123 train. When it was asked to Station master, he said it was order from Jhansi Division to detain the 1123 & put its engine on 6053. Is such things happens??? Does this compain will go to some authentic officer/Minister of Railways.
