Worst Service against fare

Hi,

This complaint is regarding the inconvinience caused against the ticket fare. Train no 2135 Pune Nagpur Express. Date 6th October. I boarded the train at Pune for Nagpur with sleeper class reservation. At night around 1230, Manmad station, hundreds of commuters going to nagpur for Mahanirvana occasion (Railways dont charge a single rupee to them for this) intruded into train. They got hold of all passengers as per their wish and occupied berths and seats as per their wish. There was no railway police or ticket checker to stop this. The ticket i booked for 500 bucks for 1 birth was useless i suppose as i had to share the birth with 2 commuters. Later i learnt that AC coaches were safe and given full protection against these commuters. Now my question is after paying a ticket fare, is nt railway responsible for the security or they dont want to interfere in religious matters? If they want to offer free service to commuters, why they dont start a separate train? Why always a middle class passenger is taken for granted?? I have clicked some photographs of the train bogie which looked worst than a general compartment.
