Harassments done by pass holders and favored by TTE

This is regarding harassments done by pass holders.

As I was travelling from Howrah to Dhanbad by train 2311 (HWH-KLK Mail) the daily passengers (Pass holders) occupied the entire reservation coach (S9) and harass each and every passenger including me. Their groups also hit individual passengers who were asking for a place to sit on their own reserved berths. Moreover the TTE (P.N.Singh) favored them and arrived for checking after the go down at Burdawan, As this was not a coincidence because I travel every weekend by this train to Dhanbad and now this kind of behavior is unbearable. safety must be provided to Individual passengers. Railway must be having some policy to treat pass holders.
