Dear Manager/Commissioner,

1 .I am wing Commander KP Solanki an Air Force Officer presently working at Hyderabad. On 26 Nov 08 while booking e ticket from your web site in jhelum express for the journey to be performed 0n 27 dec 08 from New Delhi to pune i AC II class for my wife neelam solanki 42 yrs, daughter priti solanki 20 yrs and son veibhav solanki 17 yrs, the total amount of Rs 4992/-00 was debited from my ICICI account No 630801536312 vide BIL/000082808169 and did not issue PNR No and e ticket' I hve gone to IRCTC office at hyderabad but did not get any answer except your web site no.

2. In view of above it is requested to kindly firstly book my ticket on 27 dec 08 since money has been deducted and secondly forward PNR No and e ticket The transaction details from my icici account are attached for necessary action.
