Not delivered my courier after 11 days by Indian Speed Post

My wife has send me a courier on 05th Jan from Jhansi & still i didn't get any mail from your side. I checked the status of my Speed post, it is reached Pune H.O. on 7th Jan but not delivered.

My recipt no is EU126722330IN.

I have lodged a complaint to Speed Post Office, but they didn't update any thing.
