No action against complain from franchesie

Our ROwater purifier is not working since three days. the complaint was registered at the authorized franchisee- DAYAL ENTREPRISES, haldwanl, district nainital, (UTTARANCHAL). NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET. From two days the customer support is sayng that they wil come soon.bt nothing has been done yet. are we fool sitting here to wait. who is responsible if we fall ill. we regrat for choosing TATA GROUP, EUREKA FORBES.
