India Passport - DELHI
Passport not recieved - delayed

Dear Sir,

I applied for the passpor on 2nd Feb, 09. Its been four months now and i have not received my passport yet. online status says its already been sent for dispatch. The status shows this message from past one month.

i had tried the complaints and other enquiry numbers but no one is answering the call. it is either busy or kept on ringing.

I require the passport for appearing in the IELTS, exams. So I request to kindly do the needful and arrange to dispatch the passport as early as possible.
