ORDER NOT DELIVERED

Hi,

I had placed an two order on INDIAPLAZA on 28th. Oct.2010 for the gifts to be delivered on or before diwali (5th Nov.)as per their scheme.

The gifts never got delivered on or before 5th Nov, Inspite of my raising complaints on their website there is no response & finally when I got someone over phone she (Sridevi) commited they will resolve this issue within 2-3 days but of no use.

As per their scheme if the shipment was not delivered within 5th of Nov. than they will deliver the shipment free of cost & also refund our money but now their customer care is not aware of this scheme... THIS IS BREACH OF TRUST.

Today is 13th Nov.

No one answers their customer care phone even in the normal working hours.

My order numbers are: 1. IN2810100082 2. IN2810100079 .

Hope someone at INDIAPLAZA will wakeup & try to resolve this qwery.
